BALLOON CARE
Pumped Balloon Boutique is NOT liable for the balloons once they are no longer in our care. We strive to use products made of the highest quality of materials, thus prolonging the lifespan of the balloons.
We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been picked up, delivered or installed. If anything pops during our delivery or our setup we will replace it.
There are multiple factors that can jeopardize the life span of the balloons such as but not limited to environmental factors (exposure to heat or cool conditions), outdoor elements, sharp items or edges, theft, pets and children.
The balloons are not a toy for children or pets as they can become a choking hazard and supervision should be implemented.
TIPS for longer lasting balloons:

Keep out of direct sunlight and warm temperatures. If displaying balloons outdoors, a shaded area is best in the summer heat. It is also recommended to use light coloured balloons. The darker the balloon, the more heat it holds and the greater the chances of popping.

Avoid leaving balloons in a hot vehicle or near a heat register.

Touch the balloons as little as possible as oils on the skin can mark the balloons.

Ensure your balloons are not displayed near any sharp objects.
